PRODUCT ILLUSTRATION & COLOR
We are unable to guarantee that the images color shown on our website will be exactly the same as the actual product, as photo shoot results depend on the camera and lighting used. Besides, your monitor’s display and color capabilities will give different effects as well. However we try to present all products here as accurately as possible.
PRICES
All prices are in Singapore Dollars and subject to change without prior notice.
PLACING AN ORDER
Send us an order confirmation to weddingnco@gmail.com specifying the product’s name, code, color and quantity, for example :
Item : Ring Pillow
Code : RPD 001
Color : Ivory or Off White or Pure White (choose one only)
Quantity : 1 pc.
Expected Collection Date : _______
And other information related to the order (e.g. names or date to be embroidered).
Shortly after receiving your order confirmation, we will send you a reply to reconfirm the order with its details.
Upon reconfirmation of order, 50% deposit is required, 50% balance is to be paid by cash upon collection.
Full payment is required for orders below S$ 50.00.
Bank details shall be notified in the order reconfirmation mail, kindly inform us once you have made the transfer to avoid any delay in processing the order.
EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
All orders placed and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Payments made are non-refundable for any reason.
ORDER LEAD TIME
As our products are all imported, please allow 30-40 days to process your order. However, immediate collection can be done if the stock is available in Singapore.
COLLECTION OF ORDER
Self collection can be arranged along TAMPINES TO ORCHARD MRTs. Delivery can be done by SingPost, fee is based on their rates and to be advised accordingly.
